Lightly grease a springform pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and butter and microwave for about 1 minute, stirring after every 20 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and stir well.
In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract and beat until light and frothy.
Slowly add the chocolate mixture and beat again until well combined.
Place the mixture into the prepared springform pan.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the springform pan into the Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 35 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the springform pan from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Carefully invert the cake onto the wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into desired-sized slices and serve.
