Air Fryer Salmon with Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups small broccoli florets Usually, it doesn’t require some specific dish as it already contains broccoli, which is a perfect combination with salmon.
  • 2 tbsp vegetables oil, divided To enhance the spices, you can drizzle the salmon with BBQ sauce or some hot sauce.
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 (½inch) piece fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cornstarch
  • 2(6-ounces) skin on salmon fillets
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the broccoli, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, add the ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch and mix well.
  • Coat the salmon fillets with remaining oil and then with the ginger mixture.
  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 375 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the broccoli florets into the greased Air Fryer Basket.
  • Place the salmon fillets on top of broccoli, flesh-side down.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 12 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the salmon fillets and broccoli from Air Fryer and serve.
