Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups small broccoli florets Usually, it doesn’t require some specific dish as it already contains broccoli, which is a perfect combination with salmon.
- 2 tbsp vegetables oil, divided To enhance the spices, you can drizzle the salmon with BBQ sauce or some hot sauce.
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- 1 (½inch) piece fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cornstarch
- 2(6-ounces) skin on salmon fillets
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the broccoli, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, add the ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch and mix well.
- Coat the salmon fillets with remaining oil and then with the ginger mixture.
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 375 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- After preheating, arrange the broccoli florets into the greased Air Fryer Basket.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of broccoli, flesh-side down.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 12 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the salmon fillets and broccoli from Air Fryer and serve.
