For donuts: in a large bowl, add flours, baking powder, and salt and mix well.
In another bowl, add the sugar and egg and beat until fluffy and light.
Add the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Add the butter, milk ,and vanilla extract and mix until a soft dough forms.
Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into ½-inch thickness.
With a small donut cutter, cut 12 donuts from the rolled dough.
Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange 6donutsinto the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 6-8 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the donuts from Air Fryer and place on to a platter to cool completely.
Repeat with the remaining donuts.
In a small bowl, mix together the icing sugar and condensed milk.
Spread the glaze over donuts and serve.
