Air Fryer Milky Donuts
Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 small egg
- ½ rbsp butter softened
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1-2 tbsp icing sugar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
Instructions
- For donuts: in a large bowl, add flours, baking powder, and salt and mix well.
- In another bowl, add the sugar and egg and beat until fluffy and light.
- Add the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add the butter, milk ,and vanilla extract and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into ½-inch thickness.
- With a small donut cutter, cut 12 donuts from the rolled dough.
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- After preheating, arrange 6donutsinto the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
