In a bowl, add flour ,sugar, butter, and salt and mix well.
With a pastry cutter ,cut in the butter.
Add the chilled water and mix until a dough forms.
With plastic wrap, cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, for filling in a large bowl, all the ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Place the dough on to a lightly floured surface and roll into ½-inch thickness.
With a ramekin, cut12 circles from the dough.
Place 6 circles in the bottom of 6 ramekins and press slightly.
Place the filling mixture into the ramekins evenly and top with the remaining circles.
Pinch the edges to seal the pies.
Carefully cut 3 slits in each pie and coat evenly with the beaten egg.
For topping: in a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle each pie with cinnamon sugar.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the ramekins into the Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 30 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekins from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
