Grease a 6 cups muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl, place the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
In another bowl, place the coconut milk, sugar, coconut oil and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the mixture into prepared muffin cups evenly.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 300 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the muffin pan into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15-18 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the muffin pan from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Carefully invert the muffins onto the wire rack to completely cool before serving.
