Air Fryer Veggie Frittata

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • ¼ cuo half and half
  • 4 large eggs
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a baking pan. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the half-and-half, eggs, salt and black pepper and beat until well combined.
  • Add the spinach, onion, tomatoes and feta cheese and mix well.
  • Place the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 360 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the baking pan into the Air Fryer Basket.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 18 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the baking pan from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
