In a second bowl, place the remaining rice flour.
Cut each banana into half and then cut each half in 2 pieces lengthwise.
Dip the banana slices into the coconut mixture and then coat with the remaining rice flour.
Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 392 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.

After preheating, arrange the banana slices into the prepared Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
While cooking, flip the banana slices once halfway through.
After cooking time is finished, remove the banana slices from Air fryer and place onto plates to cool slightly
