Air Fryer Fried Banana Slices
Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 tbsp white rice flour divided
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1.4 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- as required water
- 2 medium ripe bananas peeled
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, blend together 2 tablespoons of rice flour, all-purpose flour, cornflour, coconut, baking powder, cardamom, and salt.
- Gradually add enough water and mix until a thick and smooth mixture forms.
- In a second bowl, place the remaining rice flour.
- Cut each banana into half and then cut each half in 2 pieces lengthwise.
- Dip the banana slices into the coconut mixture and then coat with the remaining rice flour.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 392 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
