Air Fryer Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 4 tbsp unflavored protein powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup milk plus 2 tbsp
  • cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a 2 (8-ounce) ramekins.
  • In a food processor, add quick oats, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and cinnamon and pulse until blended. finely.
  • In a bowl, add the milk, yogurt and vanilla extract and eat until well blended.
  • In the bowl of yogurt mixture, add the oat mixture and stir until a smooth mixture is formed.
  • Divide the mixture into prepared ramekins evenly.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the ramekins into the Air Fryer Basket.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekins from Air Fryer and set aside for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with your favorite topping.
