Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 cup quick oats
- 4 tbsp unflavored protein powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup milk plus 2 tbsp
- ⅓ cup yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
