Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- ¾ lb sea scallops cleaned and patted very dry
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- ½ tbsp fresh thyme minced
- as required salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking pray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the scallops, butter, thyme, salt, and black pepper and toss to coat well.
- After preheating, arrange the scallops into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 4 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the scallops from Air Fryer and serve.
