Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1¾ lb rack of lamb
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary minced
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray

- In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the rack of lamb with garlic mixture evenly.
- In a shallow dish, beat the egg.
- In another dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and herbs.
