Ingredients
- 3 (8-ounces) chicken legs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
