Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ tsp fresh ginger finely grated
- ½ cup cooking wine
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 (1-pound) salmon fillet
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add garlic ,ginger, wine, soy sauce, juices, sugar, and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove the pan of marinade from heat and let it cool.
- In a small-sized bowl, add half of the marinade and reserve in a refrigerator.
- In a resealable bag, add remaining marinade and salmon fillet.
