Which Cut of Meat Will Go Best in This Recipe?

Pork meat that is incredibly juicy and tender is required to make this recipe successful. Therefore, choose tenderloin as it is a lean cut of pig meat, and it cooks to perfection because it benefits from the bacon fat. And for bacon, choose center-cut (cut from the belly) because it is slimmer than other cuts.

What Is the Cooking Temp for Pork Tenderloin?

In an air fryer, cook pork tenderloin for 10 minutes at 400°F. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.

What Is the Best Way to Wrap Meat in Bacon?

You’ll need kitchen string to wrap the pork in bacon, but toothpicks will suffice if you don’t have any.

      • Cut two bacon strips in half and arrange two halves next to each other, followed by four entire strips and the remaining two halves.
      • After coating the tenderloin with mustard, arrange it on top of the bacon.
      • Starting with a long side, tightly roll up the pork jelly-roll manner.
      • To avoid the bacon shrinking and coming off, tie the roast with kitchen string at 2-inch intervals, each about 12-inches long.

What to Serve with Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon?

This bacon-wrapped pork would be fantastic with almost anything. If you want to serve it with something sweet, apricot jam or sweet Chile sauce on the side would be perfect.
