Is It Possible to Air Fry Duck Breasts?
Absolutely! Yes, you can easily and quickly air-fry the duck breast. For me, it’s also a lot easier than frying the duck breasts in a pan.
Different than the pan-fried process to cook the duck meat, you can easily cook the duck fat potatoes simultaneously with your duck breasts, while the cooking time is short.
How Is the Taste of Duck?
Well, to be honest, I really love the different taste of duck than the usual meat (like chicken or turkey) we use to eat. If you believe that duck’s meat tastes anything like other poultry meat you have had previously, you’re mistaken. Duck meat does not taste like turkey or chicken. Duck has a distinct taste, a texture similar to that of red meat, and is strongly flavored.
Where Can I Find Duck Breasts?
In my area, it is difficult to get fresh, never frozen meat from duck breast. Although, in some towns or marketplaces you can find fresh meat in the refrigerator aisle, so try to find it there first. You may get duck breast or frozen duck from the local markets, which are vacuum sealed and ready to thaw and cook whenever you like.
