Do you need a show-stopper dessert for your next get-together? What about a cheesecake? Oh, do you find it hard to bake?

Well, I feel you. Whenever I tried to make it in the oven, it was a disaster. Either it got burnt or got a crack.

But I have an ace up my sleeves. You can never go wrong with the air fryer cheesecakes, whether it be an air fryer Oreo cheesecake, air fryer chocolate cheesecake, or my favorite cake that we are going to make today.

It is an air fryer chocolate chip cookie cheesecake. Sounds amazing! Right?

      Let’s get you started.

How Does an Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Taste Like?

If you’ve never had chocolate cheesecake before, you’ll notice that it has a distinct flavor, particularly when coupled with chocolate chips. It tastes like a chocolate-filled sweet and tart dessert.

How to Prepare the Springform Pan for This Recipe?

Springform helps to make cheesecakes in the air fryer. You’ll begin by preparing the springform by covering the bottom with a cut-out circle of parchment paper and lightly buttering the insides of the pan. Now, your springform pan is ready for cookie dough.

Can I Use Oreo Cookies Instead of Cookie Dough?

Yes! You can use Oreos to make the crust. To begin, either pulse the Oreos in a food processor until you get the desired consistency or crush them with the rolling pin in the Ziplock bag. Add the butter to the crumbled Oreos and whisk thoroughly until the cookie mixture is formed. Set this cookie crust in your springform pan and then press the mixture firmly into the pan.

Can A Cheesecake Be Made Without a Springform Pan?

Yes. While the springform pan makes baking cheesecake easier for you in an air fryer, you can make cheesecake in nearly any pan. However, make sure to line it properly.
