- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 medium bell peppers
- 4 ounces cooked ham chopped
- ½ onion chopped
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390°F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- Cut the tops off each bell pepper and then remove the seeds and membranes.
- Divide ham and onion into each bell pepper.
- Carefully crack 1 egg in each bell pepper.
- After preheating, arrange the bell peppers into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
