Why Make Air Fryer Eggs in Bell Pepper Cups?

Well, for starters, these pepper cups are healthy, nutritious, low-carb, KETO and kid-friendly, and mouthwatering. They are fast to make in an air fryer and don’t need many ingredients. In fact, you can use whatever you have in your fridge and stuff it into these delicious bell pepper cups.

How to Prepare Bell Peppers for This Recipe?

Initiate by cutting the head of peppers and deseeding them. Cutting the peppers to stay flat in the air fryer is the most challenging element of this recipe. They will roll over if you don’t cut them from a right angle.

For the filling, break eggs in the halves of bell peppers and add onion and ham equally into each half. Besides eggs, you can use your favorite ingredients for stuffing and seasoning.

Which Ingredients Can You Use for A Filling in This Recipe?

      Some Fantastic Add-Ons Ideas

Cheesy Ideas: Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella, Feta, and Gouda.

Veggie Ideas: Chives, scallions, tomatoes, and other vegetables.

Meaty Ideas: Bacon, cooked ground sausage, or chorizo.

Seasonings: Black pepper, red pepper flakes, and other seasonings.

Can We Store These Air-Fried Egg-Filled Bell Pepper Cups?

They will keep in the refrigerator for a few days but not in the freezer; they will become mushy and inedible if frozen.
