Take butterflied lobster tails in a big bowl in which you can freely mix them with seasoning. Then add melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and parsley to this bowl and coat them evenly on lobster tails to get them seasoned perfectly. Air Fryer Lobster Tails
Ingredients
- 2 (4-ounce) lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic grated
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- With kitchen shears, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting lengthwise through the center of the hardtop shell and meat.
- Then spread each tail half apart.
- In a small frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic and lemon zest for about 30-60 seconds.
- Transfer 2 tablespoons of butter mixture into a small bowl and reserve for serving.
- Brush each lobster tail with the remaining butter mixture and then season with salt and black pepper.
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 380 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- After preheating, arrange the tails in into he greased Air Fryer Basket with lobster meat facing up.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5-7 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque
- After cooking time is finished, remove the lobster tails from Air Fryer and place onto a plate.
- Drizzle each lobster tail with reserved butter mixture and serve with the garnishing of parsley.
