Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 4 (6-ounce) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves garlic mashed into a paste
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- to taste salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 380 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs onto a plate, skin-side up and sprinkle with Parmesan, followed by garlic and Italian seasoning.
- After preheating, arrange the chicken thighs into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 18 minutes.
- After 12 minutes of cooking, flip the chicken thighs.
