Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 Portobello mushroom caps stemmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp dried Italian seasonings
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp canned tomatoes chopped
- 2 Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
- 3-4 tbsp mozzarella cheese shredded
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Instructions
- With a spoon, scoop out the center of each mushroom cap.
- Coat each mushroom cap with oil evenly.
- Sprinkle the inside of caps with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Place the tomato over both caps, followed by the olives and mozzarella cheese.
- Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.
- Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 320 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- After preheating, arrange the mushroom caps into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5-6 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the mushroom caps from Air Fryer and serve.
