      What Are Cranberry Bars?

Cranberry bars are a type of bakery product made with sweetened dried cranberries. They usually consist of a crumbly oat crust topped with a layer of sweetened, dried cranberries and sometimes other fruits like blueberries or raspberries. The top layer is made with butter, sugar, flour, and oats, then baked until golden brown.

      Are Cranberry Bars Healthy?

Yes! While they may be sweeter, they contain healthy ingredients like oats with essential vitamins and minerals. And since most recipes call for natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, these treats don’t have added refined sugars or artificial ingredients. Plus, since cranberries are packed with antioxidants, eating them can help boost your overall health and wellness.

How Do I Store Cranberry Bars?

It’s best to store your cranberry bars in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage times, you can keep them in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze them for several months. Just wrap them tightly, so they don’t dry out before eating.
