      Ingredients
        

      • ½ cup powdered sugar
      • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
      • 2 tbsp heavy cream
      • 3 tsp raspberry extract
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • as required red food coloring
      • pinch salt
      • ¼ cup butter melted

      Instructions
       

      • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
      • In a large bowl, add sugar and cream cheese and beat untilsmooth.
      • Add heavy cream, raspberry extract, vanilla extract, red foodcoloring, and salt and mix until well combined.
      • Gradually, add butter, stirring continuously until wellcombined.
      • With a small scooper, place the mixture onto the preparedbaking sheet.
      • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set completely.

      Notes

      You can sprinkle these truffles with powdered sugar.
