      Ingredients
        

      • 2 scallions chopped
      • 1(1-inch) piece fresh ginger minced
      • 2 cloves garlic minced
      • ¼ cup olive oil
      • 2 tbsp fresh lime juicce
      • 2 tbsp soy sauce
      • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
      • 1 tsp ground cumin
      • 1 tsp ground turmeric
      • to taste ground black pepper
      • 4(5-ounce) boneless,skinless chicken breasts
      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

      Instructions
       

      • In a large Ziploc bag, add all theingredients and seal it.
      • Shake the bag to coat the chicken withmarinade well.
      • Refrigerate to marinate for about 30-60minutes.
      • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
      • Grease the grill grate with cooking spray.
      • Place the chicken breasts onto the grill andcook for about 10 minutes per side
      • Serve hot.

      Notes

      You can use a store-bought cajun seasoning instead of spices.
