      What Are Ketchup-Glazed Chicken Thighs?

Ketchup-glazed chicken thighs are a delicious and easy-to-make chicken dish that is coated in a sweet and savory glaze made from ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and spices. The chicken thighs are then cooked on a grill, in an oven, or under a broiler until tender and juicy.

What Kind of Chicken Thighs Should I Use for This Recipe?

You can use bone-in or boneless chicken thighs for this recipe. Bone-in chicken thighs will take longer to cook, but will have a richer flavor. Boneless chicken thighs will cook faster and are more tender.

How Long Should I Marinate the Chicken to Make Ketchup-glazed chicken thighs?

You can marinate the chicken for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 4 hours. The longer you marinate the chicken, the more flavorful it will be.

Can I Use A Different Type of Sauce Besides Ketchup for This Recipe?

Yes, you can use BBQ sauce or hoisin sauce instead of ketchup for a different flavor.

What Sides Would Pair Well with Ketchup-Glazed Chicken Thighs?

Some great sides to pair with ketchup-glazed chicken thighs include grilled vegetables, baked sweet potatoes, or a simple green salad.
