This one is a perfect summer’s side dish. It’s cooked in an air fryer, saving you from heating your home by using an oven and having all the right flavors.
The air fryer kale with cheese and pine nuts is easier to make than any other side dish. Just dip kale in oil, salt, black pepper, air fry, and toss with goat cheese, pine nuts, and lemon juice. That’s it.

How to Treat Kale Before Coating It with the Seasoning?
Remove the thick stems from the kale leaves before cooking. Pluck the leaves to peel them off. Discard the stems. Then wash and dry the kale leaves completely using paper towels. To avoid soggy chips, the kale should be as dry as possible.
Are Kale Chips Made in An Air Fryer Healthy?
Kale chips are not only healthy but a nutrient-dense snack. They are high in calcium, manganese, copper, and potassium while low in calories and carbs. Kale is high in vitamins A, C, B6, and K, making it an excellent culinary vegetable. Because air frying uses very little oil, your kale chips will have significantly few extra calories or fat.
What Is the Shelf Life of Air Fryer Kale Chips?
Air-fried kale chips will not survive long and will lose some crispiness when stored. If you happen to have any leftovers, they’ll only last a day or two before becoming too soft to eat. While the flavor will remain, you will lose the crunch of the “chip.”
