Air Fryer Onion Omelet
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ¼ tsp low sodium soy sauce
- as required ground black pepper
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 medium yelllow onion sliced
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook the onion and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
