Do you know that one sweet potato provides 400% of the vitamin A your body requires each day? It results in benefiting both your eyes and your immune system, which is your body’s fight against infections!

Knowing these facts, try adding sweet potatoes to your diet (if you haven’t already). Here we have a delicious sweet potatoes recipe that is easy to cook and healthier and tastier. These healthy air fryer sweet potatoes are crunchy with a balanced and flavorful punch of spices to satisfy spice lovers.

The best part is having these sweet potatoes air-fried, healthier than deep-frying them. Also, this recipe takes only 20 minutes to cook this simply flavorful and healthy munch of side dish.

Benefits of Air-Fried Sweet Potatoes:

Firstly, sweet potatoes offer you many surprising health benefits! They are full of nutrition, a high source of vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Sweet potatoes are great for promoting gut health and supporting healthy vision. Also, they have cancer-fighting properties and help boost the immune system and enhance brain functions.

Secondly, air-fried sweet potatoes are healthier than deep-fried. To compare, a single cup of deep-fried sweet potatoes holds approximately 17g fat, 344 calories, and 38g net carbohydrates. On the other hand, 2 sweet potatoes of medium size (when air-fried) contain only 4g fat, 129 calories, and 20g net carbohydrates (per serving).

Air fryer sweet potatoes are not wrong to have as a snack now and then. They are healthy, but the key is moderation. Also, the air-fried version is a far better option than deep frying to keep it healthy.

Is It Possible to Eat the Skin of Sweet Potatoes?

Absolutely! Yes, its skin is entirely edible, though one should clean it properly before eating it.

Suggestions for Serving:

You can have these sweet potatoes as a snack with any dip of your choice. For me, they best go with fry sauce, ketchup, or sriracha mayo.
