Air Fryer Veggie Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 cups cooked cold white rice
- 1¼ cups frozen vegetables (carrot, corn and green peas)
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Lightly grease baking a pan with cooking spray.
- Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 360 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Place the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- After preheating, arrange the baking pan into the Air Fryer Basket.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
- While cooking, stir the rice mixture after every 4 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, remove the baking pan from Air Fryer and serve.
