      Why is an Air Fryer?

Contradictory to its name, an air fryer is not just a frying gadget. It works like a convection oven. It uses high-powered, super-hot, circulating air to crisp up our favorite “fried” recipes with little to no oil. But most importantly, it can also be used conveniently to cook food from scratch.

Why Use an Air Fryer to Cook Frozen Veggie Tots?

Anything that we make in an air fryer comes out oil-free and perfectly cooked. Air frying veggie tots will take less time than deep frying or baking. And the process will require little clean-up.

How Much Time an Air Fryer Takes to Cook Frozen Veggie Tots?

Generally, it will take 5-8 minutes. But the cooking time of frozen veggie tots depends on the size, type of vegetable, thickness, and occasionally coating of veggie tots. After you’ve cooked your first batch in your air fryer, you’ll be able to determine the perfect timeframe.

Do You Need to Spray Oil Before Air Frying the Frozen Veggie Tots?

No, there is no need to spray oil. Veggie tots will attain the perfect crispiness without extra oil.
