      A rich and creamydesert bowl for chocolate lovers… This chocolate mousse is prepared with milk,yogurt, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

      Ingredients
        

      • ½ cup cacao powder
      • ½ cup sugar
      • ¾ cup milk
      • 12 ounces plain Greek yogurt
      • ½ tsp vanilla extract

      Instructions
       

      • In a pan, add thecacao powder, sugar and milk over medium-low heat and cook for about 4-5minutes, beating continuously.
      • Remove from theheat and set aside at room temperature to cool slightly.
      • Meanwhile, in alarge glass bowl, add the yogurt and vanilla extract and beat well.
      • Add the chocolatemixture and gently stir to combine.
      • Cover the bowl andrefrigerate to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

      Notes

      You can garnish the mousse with fresh berries.
