      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 2 (8-ounce) pacakges cream cheese softened
      • 2 organic eggs
      • 1 cup granulated sugar plus 1 tsp
      • ⅓ cup cacao powder
      • ½ tsp organic vanilla extract

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 325 °F.
      • Line 12 cups of a muffin tin with parchmentpaper liners.
      • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese andwith a mixer, beat until smooth.
      • Add the remaining ingredients and beat onmedium-high speed until smooth.
      • Place the mixture into the prepared muffincups evenly.
      • Bake for about 18-20minutes.
      • Remove themuffin tin from oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
      • Then invert themuffins onto the wire rack to cool completely before serving.

      Use full-fat cream cheese.
