      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray You can garnish this cake with rainbow sprinkles.
      • 2½ cups plain Greek Yogurt
      • 3 egg whites
      • ¼ cup arrowroot starch
      • pinch salt
      • to taste Stevia
      • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
      • Grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
      • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mixuntil well combined.
      • Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
