      Ingredients
        

      • 1(14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
      • 1½ cups whole milk
      • 1-1½ tsp lemon zest grated
      • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice For the best result, make sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice.

      Instructions
       

      • Refrigeratethe bowl of an ice cream maker overnight.
      • In a medium bowl,add the condensed milk, whole milk and lemon zest and beat untilwell combined.
      • Covert he bowl and refrigerate to chill for at least 1 hour.
      • Remove the bowl of milk mixture from refrigerator and stir in lemon juice.
      • Place the mixture into the chilled bowl of anice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
      • Now, place the mixture into a parchment paper-linedcontainer and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
