      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 1½ cup all-purpose flourplus extra for dusting
      • 1 tsp baking soda
      • ½ tsp salt
      • 3 very ripe bananas peeled
      • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
      • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
      • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
      • ½ tsp vanilla extract
      • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips divided

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
      • Grease a 9¼x5¼-inch loaf pan with cooking spray ad thendust with a little flour.
      • In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking soda salt and with a wire whisk, mix well.
      • In a second large bowl, add the bananas and with a fork, mash well.
      • In a third large bowl, add the butter and sugar and with an electric mixer, beatuntil creamy.
      • Add the egg and beat until well combined.
      • Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
      • Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
      • Fold in the chocolate chips.
      • Place the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
      • Bake for about 55-65 minutes.
      • Remove the loaf pan from oven and place onto a wire rack for about 5-10 minutes.
      • Then invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before serving.
      • Cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
