- 1 package frozenpuff pastry sheets thawed
- 1(8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp freash lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest grated

- Preheat your oven to 400 °F.
- Linea large baking sheet with a siliconebakingmat.
- Unfoldthe puff pastry and then cut into 12 small rectangles.
- Arrangethe dough rectangles onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10minutes.
