- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup white whole-wheat flour
- 2 scoops protein powder
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder Use the best quality cocoa powder.
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅔ cup apple sauce
- ⅔ cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
