Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese shredded and divided
- 8 eggs beaten lightly
- 4 scallions chopped
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- as required salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non0stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for about 8-10 minutes.
