- 5 ½ ounces bread cubed
- ¼ cup apple peeled, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
- ¾ cup milk
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp cornstrach
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup plain flour plus 2 tbsp
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 ½ tbsp butter
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Instructions
- For pudding: in a large bowl, add bread, apple, raisins, and walnuts and mix well.
- In another bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add the milk mixture into bread mixture and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- For topping: in a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar.
