- ½ cup all-purpose flour plus 2 tbsp
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp fine salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 small egg
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, blend together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, add the butter and both sugars and with an electric hand mixer, beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and beat until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Make about 12 equal-sized balls from the mixture.

- With your fingers, press each dough ball slightly.
- Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 6-8 minutes.
- After cooking time is finished, let the cookies cool in the basket for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then transfer the cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
- Repeat with remaining dough balls.
