      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 2 tbsp light cream
      • 2 large eggs
      • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
      • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
      • as required salt

      Instructions
       

      • Grease 2 soufflé dishes with cooking spray. Set aside.
      • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
      • In a bowl, add all ingredients and beat until well combined.
      • Divide the mixture into the prepared soufflé dishes evenly.
      • After preheating, arrange the soufflé dishes into the Air Fryer Basket.
      • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
      • After cooking time is finished, remove the soufflé dishes from Air Fryer and serve.
