      This light omelet-style dish is protein-rich, keto-friendly, and low-carb.

This is what we call an air fryer quiche! You might also call it a frittata or an omelet, but whatever you call it, it’s a delicious breakfast. It’s a low-carb air fryer meal that everyone loves because it’s packed with eggs, cheese, and vegetables.

Is it possible to cook an egg in an air fryer?

Yes! We’ve tried everything in an air fryer: hard-boiled eggs in the air fryer are delicious, as is air fryer 0melet, and now this quiche dish.

Why Should You Try Air Fryer Tomato Quiche?

This quiche takes 10 minutes to put together and 30 minutes to cook, so it’s a fantastic addition to your healthy air fryer breakfast recipes collection!

In the air fryer, something happens to eggs that make them light, fluffy, and fabulous. It must be due to all the air flowing around.

Is it Possible to Make Variations to it?

This air fryer breakfast quiche can be made in various ways to suit your preferences. You can use leftover ham or bacon to make a vegetarian or meat-lovers variation. Green onions could also be included in it.

What Do You Serve with Air Fryer Quiche?

Salad is frequently served with a slice. Some people prefer tomato soup, whereas I prefer buns or a slice of bread. I recommend making your sides quickly and easily.

What Kinds of Cheeses Can You Use in an Air Fryer Tomato Quiche?

There are various possibilities when it comes to cheese in the quiche. For example, Swiss cheese is most commonly used in quiche, while Gruyere is also possible. However, this recipe calls for Gouda cheese (shredded).
