Why Use an Air Fryer to Cook Bread?

Quick & Deliciously Fresh: Although the idea of air-frying the bread may sound strange, baking bread in an air fryer is a fast way for preparing fresh bread, and it is insanely delicious as well.

Delightful Aroma at Home: Did I mention the delightful aroma of freshly made bread will permeate your home? Every time you use this foolproof procedure, you’ll get a perfect loaf of bread with a beautiful fresh bread aroma at home!

Simple yet Faster: But I find the simplicity of this bread most appealing. The ingredients are similar to well-known baked bread, but the process is much faster because I added instant yeast to speed up the process.

When the Bread Gets Too Dense?

When you use too much flour, the bread will be dense. Keep in mind that the dough in this recipe will be sticky, but don’t add any more flour than is called for.

Humidity and the age of the flour are two other elements to consider.

An excellent, light loaf requires little yeast, a long rise, and sticky dough.

Is It Possible to Freeze the Dough?

Yes, the bread will remain crispy and wonderful, but it will be a little denser.

Will I have a Perfect Crust?

Sure, why not? By air-frying the bread at a high temperature and brushing the top of the dough with water, steam is created within the pot, which cooks it precisely, and the bread gets a beautiful golden brown color and develops a fantastic crust.
