      Ingredients
        

      • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
      • ⅓ cup white sugar
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • ⅔ cup graham cracker crumbs Make sure to grease your hands before rolling the balls.

      Instructions
       

      • In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar,vanilla extract and with an electric mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.
      • Add in the graham cracker crumbs and gentlystir to blend.
      • Freeze the bowl of cream cheese mixture forabout 30 minutes.
      • With your lightly greased hands, make bite-sizedballs from the mixture.
      • Arrange the cheesecake balls onto 2 bakingpaper-lined baking sheets and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set completely.
