- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (4-pound) whole chicken neck and giblets removed
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- to taste salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the grill for indirect heat. Adjustthe temperature to 350-400 degrees in the indirect area. Grease the grill grate with cooking spray. Coat the chicken with about 1½ tablespoons ofbutter and then season with salt and black pepper. Arrange the chicken over the indirect heat,angling one thigh and leg to the direct heat side.
