      What Is Nutella Cake?

Simply put, Nutella cake is a chocolate cake that uses Nutella as an ingredient. You can make it in any style, from layer cakes to cupcakes and more, but it typically has a light and fluffy texture, making it the perfect accompaniment for morning coffee or afternoon tea. The best part is that you can decorate it in any way you like, making it unique to your tastes.

What Can I Serve With This Cake?

Nutella cake tastes excellent but can also be paired with other treats for an even more indulgent experience. Try serving it with freshly whipped cream and fruit compote for breakfast or as dessert after dinner alongside some ice cream or custard. Additionally, you can use it in tiramisu or trifle – endless possibilities!

      Some Tips And Tricks:

      • This cake is tender and soft. Before frosting, the layers should ideally cool and chill. If you want clean slices, chill the frosted cake before cutting.
      • Use ingredients that are room temperature! It’s challenging to incorporate cold eggs into cake batter without overworking them. The butter will re solidify if the buttermilk is cold, and the curdling of the batter will result.
      • Weighing the ingredients will yield the best results. Small kitchen scales cost little.
