      Ingredients
        

      • 1½ cup unsweetened almondmilk divided
      • 1 tbsp unflavored powderedgelatin
      • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
      • ⅓ cup Swerve
      • 3 tbsp cacao powder
      • 2 tsp instant coffeegranules
      • 6 drops liquid stevia

      Instructions
       

      • In a large bowl,add ½ cup of almond milk and sprinkle with gelatin evenly. set aside untilsoaked.
      • In a pan, addremaining almond milk, coconut milk, almond milk, Swerve, cacao powder, coffeegranules and stevia and bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously.
      • Remove from theheat.
      • In a blender, addgelatin mixture and hot milk mixture and pulse until smooth.
      • Transfer themixture into serving glasses evenly and set aside to cool completely.
      • With plastic wrap,cover each glass and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours before serving.

      Notes

      Topping of whipped cream will enhance the taste of panna cotta.
