- 2 lb lean ground beef
- ⅔ cup quick-cooking oats
- ½ cup Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 can evaporated milk 5-ounce
- 2 large eggs beaten lightly
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp dried onion minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
